Within 30 days from purchase, if you are unhappy and would like a refund for your Lion Rush Coffee product, here’s exactly what to do: Contact the Lion Rush Coffee team by calling 863-529-4403 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. 

We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs.

Gear/Merchandise

Lion Rush Coffee has a no-refund policy on merchandise. All sales are final. Any person(s) that agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy does so with the full, honest and earnest understanding of said policy.

If an items is damaged during production, Lion Rush Coffee will gladly send a replacement garment at no cost. 

Lion Rush Coffee is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping courier with your order details.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. We use USPS and UPS. We select services based on availability and speed. Delivery can take up to 5 business days; however, most of the time it is 1-3 days.  

We roast coffee 6 days a week to ensure the highest quality product. Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased. With this process, Lion Rush Coffee delivers the freshest and finest coffee in America.

*Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, premium coffee company. We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest coffee possible to your doorstep. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the invoice page.
