A Specialty Single Origin Brazilian Coffee from the region of Minas Gerais. This is a naturally processed coffee, meaning the entire fruit is left to dry and ferment under the warm South American sun. We then roast this liquid gold to a medium-dark, balancing the boldness and the sweetness to avoid bitterness. With cupping notes of almond and cacao, the Brazilian Cacao brings you comforting, delicious gusto.

Hot or Iced Pour Over, Filter Coffee Machine
1:16 ratio (e.g., for two cups, use 32 grams of coffee / 500 grams of water)
1:14 ratio (e.g., for two cups, use 36 grams of coffee / 500 grams of water)
Grind: Medium Coffee grounds more closely resemble coarse sand. The grounds are somewhat rough, but it can be difficult to see their shape.
